Max, who’s eleven and in fi rst year at junior high, has a pretty hard time at school. One day, though, he discovers Dragon Boy, a comic book about an everyday boy who does everyday things, apart from being able to turn into a superhero! Max’s imagination runs wild, and he can’t wait to read more stories about him. So, Max’s physical challenges, which the other kids at school tease him about, suddenly become his strength, as he discovers that real superheroes always have the courage to simply be themselves.
