ATLANTYCA ENTERTAINMENT PROUDLY PROLONGS LONGSTANDING PARTNERSHIPS FOR ‘GERONIMO STILTON’ & “BAT PAT

Atlantyca Entertainment is proud to announce that it has extended its long existing partnerships with Italy’s Rai and Spain’s RTVE for its well-known “Geronimo Stilton” hit animated children’s series with Rai also committing to the first season again of their popular spooky children’s animated comedy “Bat Pat.”

Rai has renewed the rights to Geronimo Stilton for additional years of Season 1 (26 x 22 min.) through 2027 to run on Rai Kids channels and RaiPlay.  Launched in September 2009 on Rai 2, with season two premiering to huge ratings in 2011, sparking incredible support from young fans throughout Italy, returning for second runs to impressive ratings during that time.

Rai has also signed to renew season 1 of “Bat Pat” for four years to be available through 2027. After its successful initial run-on Rai Gulp in 2016, In 2020, Rai announced of the series audience expansion, launching two seasons of the incredible talking bat heading to their channels.

Additionally, Spain’s RTVE has renewed the rights to season 3 (26 x 22 min.) of the famed mouse journalist’s adventures for three more years through 2026. The first two seasons of the series were acquired in 2015 when Atlantyca had secured the first broadcast deals with RTVE for the TV rights of 78 x 22 min who acquired season 1 and 2 and had pre-bought the rights to the highly anticipated third season of the series.

These deals signify the strong and devoted fan-base these shows continue to maintain over the years and are still considered vital to many of today’s global broadcast schedules dedicated to children! This long “story to tell” now continues thanks to these renewals.”

Geronimo Stilton was originally produced by Atlantyca and Rai in Italy, MoonScoop Group in France for seasons 1 and 2, and SuperProd in France for season 3.
